Competition terms and conditions
Competitions are open to Wellington residents only (excluding magazine subscription giveaways, which are open to all New Zealand residents). You may be asked to provide proof of residential address, if appropriate details are not provided, we reserve the right to redraw the competition.
You may be required to pick up the prize from our Mount Victoria office. Postage may be available, at your own expense.
All entries must include an email address, phone number and residential address for the purposes of contacting winners, and sending out prizes. By entering this competition, you also accept to be part of our regular emailing register. We will never share your personal information with Third Parties.
Capital Publishing accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected prizes.
Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no exchanges will be made.
Competition promoters reserve the right to exchange the prize for another prize of equal or better value, in the event the prize is unavailable at the end of the competition.
Winners will be notified by email or phone. Any winner that does not reply within seven days will result in the competition winner being redrawn.
By entering this competition, you are consenting to your email address being added to the Capital Publishing mailing list. This will never be shared with third parties.
Capital Publishing retains the right to exclude people from competitions if we believe the Terms and Conditions have not been met.
